The Artist hereby grants the Organizer the non-exclusive right to use the Artist’s name, band name, and any trademarks or service marks associated with the Artist (collectively, the “Artist Marks”) for the purpose of advertising, promoting, and publicizing the event. This includes the right to use the Artist Marks in all forms of media including, but not limited to, digital, print, and social media platforms related to the event. There is no private green room; a bathroom is available at the back of the amphitheatre should musicians need to change outfits prior to their performance. A dedicated musicians’ pop-up canopy tent with seating, tables, free water, soda, and snacks will be set up nearby the amphitheatre for musicians to utilize before and after their performance. This space will also serve as the check-in station for artists.
Backline shall be provided on stage, including a drum kit, amplifiers, keyboard, microphones.
Vehicle offloading is permitted prior to the event gates closing. Post-closing, there will be no vehicle access until all patrons have departed. Artists are responsible for manual load-in and load-out after gate closure.
Artists are allocated a 60-minute set with a scheduled start time for one of the three event days. Performances extending beyond 70 minutes will be subject to sound cut-off without warning. Song choices of artists performing prior to 9pm must be tailored to suit a family-fun atmosphere. Artists performing with scheduled starting times after 9pm may be less concerned with the ‘family’ vibe, with reasonable discretion.
Artists must check in at the musicians’ tent at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled performance time. Artists must be backstage and ready to begin their set 15 minutes prior to their scheduled performance time.
